How should content managed in Cascade Server be backed up?

100% of the content is stored in the database. It is recommended that the database be backed up daily. The CMS should be installed on a backup machine that can be booted if the primary machine goes down. Since all of the content is stored in the database, the database is the item to be backed up according to standard database best practices.
