Content Tips are a new feature available to Cascade Cloud customers, designed to offer real-time SEO guidance as you edit assets with visible metadata fields, including Titles and Descriptions.

Content Tips include:

• Character Length Guidance: Suggestions to help you keep metadata within optimal character limits for better SEO.
• Duplicate Field Values: Identify assets that share the same metadata values to avoid SEO conflicts. (Note: Duplicate field values are based on the actual field values and do not account for dynamic values generated by Formats during rendering.)

Opting in/out

Content Tips can be enabled for users across all Sites via a System Preference under the Content tab. This preference is enabled by default. Opting out of the System Preference allows the ability to opt into the feature on a per-Site basis for users who have access to that Site.
