User Acceptance Testing Issue Types

Issues reported by the client during User Acceptance Testing will be tracked in Hannon Hill's project management software, Wrike. All reported issues will be classified and responded to as show in the table below.

Hannon Hill Response

Implementation Bug Functionality built by the services team that differs from the agreed-upon specifications in the scope section of the Statement of Work. The services team will address the bugs reported during the UAT phase. Bugs reported after the UAT phase will require a bucket of development hours.
Implementation Change Request Client requests functionality that differs from the agreed-upon specifications in the scope section of the SOW. The services team will provide estimates to implement change requests. The estimates can be presented as a Change Order to the existing project or as an additional bucket of development hours.
Design Change Request Client requests a change to the website's look and feel that differs from the graphical design comps provided by the designer. Changes to the graphical design will be handled by the designer.
Question Client asks a question. Questions about the features built by the services team will be answered by the services team during the UAT phase. Questions asked after the UAT phase ends will require a bucket of consulting hours. Questions about the Cascade CMS product will be routed to Hannon Hill's support team.
Product Issue Client finds an issue that may be a bug in Cascade CMS. Product issues will be routed to Hannon Hill's support team who will investigate the issue.
